General body meeting held on 13March at residence of Mr .V Vijayan .Following members are attended the meeting.
It is decided that Mr. Vijayan and Sashi is to attend the ECHS meeting at CHAF on 16 march 2011.
Memorandum is handed over to respective agencies and other addresses to be submit by the post.

Collection of monthly subscriptions /dues
Updated list of monthly subscriptions and dues are forwarded to every member through Email. ASAP, members are requested to pay to respective area members.
Interactive meeting at CHAF on 16 March 2011 On ECHS
Opening of bank account: it is decided that to open an account in Muthoot /popular bank.
It is also decided that treasure that can hold pocket money up to Rs 2000/- for immediate requirements .
Members are expressed the concern about the not issuing the receipt for the monthly contribution and initial deposit. It is requested to issue the receipt immediate effect to all members for the payment.
Next meeting will be held up at Raghu’s residence at #49, vaderahali , snehasadhan road , (land mark laxmipura cross ) vidhyaranyapura po . dated on 10 April 2011 time 1800 hrs . Members to note that meeting will be up to 1845 hrs only. Members are requested to co-operate.
President expressed deep concern over the poor attendance in monthly meeting it is requested that one hour in a month may be spared to ESMA activities.
Esma blog has been launch and all members are requested to use it.
There is good news for all serving and ex-service man who is having the residence in the Karnataka state:
As per the budget 2011 , all serving ,ESM, Widows of the service personnel’s are exempted to pay 50% of house /apartments tax to government of Karnataka .(pl see budget 2011 page no 18) .
