General body meeting held on 20 February at residence of Mr .Shivaraman .Folowing members are attended the meating.

Agenda points:
· Income expenditure as on 30 Th January 2011.
(Treasurer read out the income and expenditure as on 30 Jan 2011, further account will be subjected to internal auditing by 15 th of March .treasurer also produced bill book and informed that previous amount collected bill will be served.)
· Collection of monthly subscriptions /dues
Updated list of monthly subscriptions and dues are forwarded to every member through Email. ASAP, members are requested to pay to respective area members.
· Progress on ECHS signature campaign
Flagship project of ESMA has gained the momentum and the 1st meeting was held on 20 Feb. 2011, along with other ESM associations .54 ex-service men attend the different area around 1000 signature was collected from different area.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Vijayan president ESMA and Mr. PGK Nair given the presentation on necessity of having ECHS Policlinic at AFS Jalahali , total 9 members are attended the meeting .
· Conducting monthly meeting at residence
It will be continued as per the earlier decision and next meeting will be conducted at Mr: Vijayan, no 52 Rohini ,Singapur lay out , land mark near Singapura bus stop dated on 13 march 2011 at 1730 hrs .
· Opening of bank account
Mr . shaju vargheese and shivaraaman entrusted task of opining the bank account .
President expressed deep concern over the poor attendance in monthly meeting it is requested that one hour in a month may be spared to ESMA activities.
Esma blog has been launch and all members are requested to use it.
